crowdsec-firewall-bouncer: Installing fails as it tries to overwrite etc/config/crowdsec owned by crowdsec

Steps to Reproduce

1. Self configure with crowdsec and crowdsec-firewall-bouncer
2. Build using -j 17

Actual Behaviour

Build fails with the following error message

( 63/269) Installing crowdsec (1.6.2-r1)
( 64/269) Installing crowdsec-firewall-bouncer (0.0.34-r1)
ERROR: crowdsec-firewall-bouncer-0.0.34-r1: trying to overwrite etc/config/crowdsec owned by crowdsec-1.6.2-r1.
( 65/269) Installing diffutils (3.10-r1)

Both crowdsec and crowdsec-frewall-bouncer feed Makefiles write their files/crowdsec.config to /etc/config/crowdsec.
According to 21537 this did not cause an issue in 24.10 when it shold have...).

Do we need to have crowdsec-firewall-bouncer write to its own file in /etc/config ?

Actually this hasn't been a problem until now as in the case the config file existed the new config file has been installed with .opkg extension.
I haven't had a chance until now to look into version 25.12 and the changes it brings with it.
