Unappealing arrow positioning for tooltip #1368
Description
The way the arrow is positioned all the way to the right combined with the rounded corners creates a visually unappealing result:
In 4.3, it used to show as:
This seems to be caused by @ghusse improvements, but we'll have to create a reproducible case to double check this.
