Won't work if I didn't unplug my external screen and reboot the laptop first

Does someone knows something about this issue ? When I log into Sunshine I get this three error messages (most of the time only the two first) :

Fatal: Unable to find display or encoder during startup.
Fatal: Please check that a display is connected and powered on.
Fatal: Couldn't bind RTSP server to port [48010], Adresse déjà utilisée 

What I found is that if I unplug the external screen (plugged via USBC port), and reboot the pc, then it works, but if I plug the screen it will show those messages again.
It won't work if I unplug the screen after the reboot, I need to unplug first, then reboot.

I'm on Linux Mint 22.3 Cinnamon 6.6.7 X11
RTX 5060 maxP (laptop)
AMD Ryzen 7 250 
And I use the Hybrid system (this means my laptop switches automatically between iGpu and DGpu)

I'm very new to linux but at ease with all this.
