Is there visibility into why a PR will get kicked out of a merge queue?

The message gives us absolutely nothing. Likely a ruleset violation, but it doesn't show what it violates.

We are trying to setup merge queues for a large codebase, and despite all checks passing to merge on the branch, PRs just get immediately kicked out with no clear reason why.
Is there logging anywhere to gain any insight into why specifically?

I did and did not find the answer, thus I posted here.
I was able to toggle whether our repo was subject to our organization level rules 1 by 1 and narrow down the likely causing ruleset, but more detailed logs would have been very helpful, especially in cases where a repo manager does not have access to organization level rules.
