Testing out NER system for arabic. #183
Description
Our plan is to use a NER system work with Arabic to filter out the most useful arabic "entity" for us tio tagging.
1.Rossell is some service that we need to pay to have this multilingual stuff.
2.Spacy that @ahalterman suggested does not support Arabic.
3.I am playing with polyglot, it works with Arabic, but we don't know how accurate it is, but we have some post analysis on this and also I am facing issue to install libicu and pyicu on ubuntu, but it worked on Mac, need to spend some time to figure this out.
