While working thru the upcoming docs, I identified that we need to add for previews a missing envvar:
OWNCLOUD_PREVIEW_IMAGE_QUALITY <-- previewJPEGImageDisplayQuality
Needs to be added in the definition and in ENVIRONMENT.md
