I guess we should mention that only --list option run if the server is not in maintenance mode.
Also, I could not see --list option on options list in the doc.
occ maintenance:repair --listlists all available repair steps
If you would like to we can give an example for single command execution
- occ maintenance:repair --single "OC\Repair\MoveAvatarOutsideHome"
