Paste action (keyboard) not working in project spaces

Steps to reproduce

1. Copy a file from personal space to the file clipboard (via cmd+c or context menu)
2. Navigate into a project space
3. See the paste here button at the top (don't click it!)
4. Hit cmd+v on the keyboard

Expected behaviour

Just like with the paste here button, the files should be pasted to the current location.

Actual behaviour

Nothing happens.
