[tests-only][full-ci] Use latest selenium images

Description

Update selenium images to get the latest browser versions and run tests against them.

Currently, we are using selenium/standalone-chrome-debug:3.141.59 image which has chrome version 94.
There is another image selenium/standalone-chrome that has the updated chrome.

It seems that the -debug docker images were the ones that had the VNC browser viewer built-in for the Selenium3 releases.

With the Selenium4 releases, there are instructions for how to run a VNC viewer if you need to.
There is no longer a -debug version of the docker images published.
