E2E test flake in Chrome in CI

Has happened a bunch of times, bumping Playwright for a more recent Chrome didn't do anything. I didn't look at the trace too closely, but I notice the toast we manually close is still fading out while the other things are going on. Could be something.

I don't think we've seen the flake since #1832. Will wait a few more days before closing, but there have been a decent number of commits.
