This is required to remove
ringfrom Omicron. Bumping Dropshot isn't strictly required for this as it's a patch release, but it makes sense to run CI on the version we intend to use in Omicron.This doesn't fully remove
ringfrom Crucible's dependency graph yet; once oxidecomputer/omicron-package#78 is merged and released, we can update that and it should be entirely gone.
