No bin

I would like to try this tool, but it is harder to do that if there isnt a bin I can install.
Any objections to one being contributed?

We'd be happy to accept that; bear in mind, however, that this is an opinionated linter to enforce the Oxide style for APIs -- I don't think it's going to be useful e.g. to validate third party OpenAPI documents.
