Generate
validators.tsto use zod v4 instead of v3, following a manual version of these changes I did in oxidecomputer/console#2828. This is a little weird to review because we don't generate the zod validators or the MSW handlers types in this repo, so I had to add them, then make the changes, then delete them. See the middle commit for the real changes.
