…IBUTING Reword the pending-capabilities table for an external audience (mainnet deployment + testing remaining, not-yet-hosted, proper audit required), remove the hosting-cost subsection and the component-status table, and narrow the documented target chain to Arbitrum One. Add a full CONTRIBUTING guide (setup, branching, commits, pre-PR checks, PR flow, code standards), which the README already links.
