Changes: - Add missing source files: MenuBarIcon, AppPickerView, OpenAIProtocolGenerator, UpdateChecker, Assets.xcassets - Add tools/meeting-simulator, new scripts, pr-labels.yml workflow, FluidAudio local package - Add docs/menu-bar-*.gif to project structure - Update pipeline to mention OpenAI-compatible API alternative - Add Architecture Notes sections: protocol generation, UI - README: add configurable prompt, manual recording, update checker features - README: prerequisites now list Claude CLI or OpenAI-compatible API - README: add Ollama setup instructions (install, pull model, configure endpoint) - README: add OpenAI troubleshooting entry
