Move issues from get-pelican/pelican-plugins

It would be nice to migrate the specific issues related to render-math from the old repository to this repository.

I identified these open issues:

• Display math ($$) not centered when using MathJax and render_math getpelican/pelican-plugins#868

Sadly, I don't think they can be moved, since they are in different organizations. I think they would have to be re-created.
