Closes #2.

Classifies the fifth source register — tesserine/groundwork skills/reckon/SKILL.md §Navigational Principles — and lands its unique content. After this, no principle reckon directs reasoning from is homeless. Unblocks tesserine/groundwork#387 (gated on this landing).

Classification

Item Classification Destination
Preamble retained Deployment mechanics — reasoned with, not from
1. Parsimony ascended Parsimony (the razor); "one mechanism" homonym disambiguated against Single Home in both documents
2. Elegance projection (split) Derivation clause → Grounding projection form follows the problem; nothing-imposed clause → Parsimony's elegance face
3. Sufficiency ascended Parsimony (sibling of the disciplined-completeness clause)
4. Traceability ascended New 13th universal (principles/traceability.md, Movement I, dual with Grounding, kin to Verifiable Completion)
5. Independence ascended Grounding (adjacent solutions are evidence, not templates)

The classification was produced twice independently and converged; the one fork — Traceability's home — was decided by the operator: mint the universal. The corollary route fails the derivability test: reckon's grounded-then-analogical corruption mode documents reasoning that satisfied Grounding fully and still failed ("correct position, analogical momentum"), and no existing universal's recognition block catches mid-chain drift.

Acceptance criteria

  1. Register 5 section in SOURCES.md, every item classified with destination/reason — six rows (preamble + 5 items), each with exactly one classification.
  2. Landed content follows corpus conventions — every projection/merge names its source register item; Relations and Sources updated in traceability.md (new), grounding.md, parsimony.md, single-home.md, verifiable-completion.md. Dual and kin edges are symmetric on both ends.
  3. README topology — Movement I gains Traceability with its movement; counts updated (thirteen universals, five registers); the No-Ground failure diagnostic gains untraceable chains; Provenance records the fifth register.
  4. Reasoning traceable to the discriminator — stated in each SOURCES.md row (reasoned-from invariant vs. methodology instrument; the homonym discriminator "must the two agree?"; the corollary-derivability test for the new universal).

Verification

  • All relative links in changed files resolve to files on disk.
  • 13 files under principles/; README says thirteen; topology table lists all 13.
  • Reverse traversal holds: destination documents cite the reckon register items; SOURCES.md rows link to destinations.

groundwork reckon's five named principles — explicitly "first
principles you reason FROM" — were never classified, leaving a second
editable principle register: the condition Single Home forbids. Every
item now has exactly one classification and a canonical home:

- Traceability ascends as the thirteenth universal (Movement I, dual
with Grounding). Not attachable as a corollary: reckon's
grounded-then-analogical corruption mode documents reasoning that
satisfied Grounding fully and still failed — "correct position,
analogical momentum" — and no existing recognition block catches
  mid-chain drift.
- Independence ascends into Grounding's universal: an adjacent
problem's solution is evidence, not a template; re-derivation is the
  validation test.
- Elegance splits: its derivation clause becomes Grounding's "form
follows the problem" projection; its nothing-imposed clause cites
  into Parsimony's existing elegance face.
- Parsimony's razor ascends into Parsimony. Its "one mechanism over
two" wording is a homonym of Single Home's "one mechanism, not two"
(two loci that must agree); reckon's statement carries no agreement
obligation, so Parsimony owns it — disambiguated in both documents.
- Sufficiency merges into Parsimony's disciplined-completeness clause.
- The preamble is retained in reckon: deployment mechanics, reasoned
  with, not from.

Unblocks tesserine/groundwork#387 (reckon consults this corpus).
