refactor: drop the third ratio_bound_bundle cluster (round 8, #4665)

Task

Round 8 of the ratio_bound_bundle cluster deletion campaign under the user's standing authorization (#4639).

Context

• ratio_bound_bundle contains 28 total declarations (identified in .self-local/reports/remaining-safe-clusters-2026-07-22.md)
• Round 1 (refactor: drop three duplicated Lee-Yang subdomain declarations #4648, refactor: drop five unreferenced Lee-Yang convenience lemmas #4651, refactor: drop seven unreferenced bundle and Lee-Yang twin lemmas #4655, refactor: drop a duplicated pseudoMassFromParamsAtPair J=0 h=0 lemma #4657, refactor: drop the correlationΛ pair-singleton bundle cluster #4659): base-level and early-stage deletions
• Round 2 (refactor: drop the first ratio_bound_bundle cluster #4661): 6 base-Conditioning wrappers removed
• Round 3 (refactor: drop the second ratio_bound_bundle cluster #4663): 8 freeEnergy-stem wrappers removed
• Round 4 (this issue): next self-contained closure-component from remaining log_partitionFunction / partitionFunction stems (~5-12 declarations, single Lee-Yang-sized batch)

Deletion methodology

• Exact set identified via scripts/dead_candidate_scan.py (textual + --lean cross-check) per Fix dead-sweep candidate extraction to require internal-dependency + docs/tex citation checks (10/22 false positives found in Profile.lean audit) #4639 pattern
• Each deletion must be confirmed safe-to-delete by scanner
• Post-deletion cascade must be empty (verified by re-scan)
• Bundle wrappers only pair existing facts with ⟨a,b⟩ (survive after deletion)
• Umbrella imports: preserve transitive re-export paths; drop file if declaration-free
• If ferromagnetic decls involved: keep SAFE/UNCERTAIN/LOAD_BEARING/PUBLISHED split fixed

Implementation constraints

• Process discipline (MANDATORY):
  • ≤3 concurrent Lean procs (serialized builds with warm cache reuse)
  • NO busy-wait / tight polling for build completion
  • Self-spawned worker cleanup after each phase
  • NO foreign process interference
• Build-system verification:
  • lake build warning-free
  • scripts/audit_gate.py V1-V4 + --self-test pass
  • dead_candidate_scan.py --self-test pass
  • lake exe GKSTest pass
• CI green before merge

Verification gates (all PASS):

• lake build: 5058 jobs, warning-free in touched modules
• audit_gate: V1–V4 PASS, self-test 166 OK
• dead_candidate_scan: 79 self-test OK, fixture re-tuned (total −2, safe −2)
• GKSTest: All tests passed
• Deleted names absent repo-wide; underlying _ratio_bound / _ratio_bound_beta_zero retained

Cascade = 0. Umbrella re-export surface preserved (transitivity check green).
Docstring stale-reference fix in HighTemperatureBoundsRatioLogFe.lean applied.
