I have a serious problem with curl.dll which is not loading with Apache.
If you consider the error line in apache/logs/error.log at the file call level, it is composed in a very arbitrary way:

PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\xampp\php\ext\php_curl.dll' (tried: C:\xampp\php\ext\php_curl.dll (Le module sp\xc3\xa9cifi\xc3\xa9 est introuvable), C:\xampp\php\ext\php_C:\xampp\php\ext\php_curl.dll.dll (Le module sp\xc3\xa9cifi\xc3\xa9 est introuvable)) in Unknown on line 0

I can't upgrade my PHP version; the latest is PHP 8.2.12, which works without any problems.

Any help would be greatly appreciated in resolving this issue.
