Need more robust patch for run-tests.php, and improve the efficiency

Issue 1: Parallel fuzzing sometimes crashes the run-tests.php scripts. now it is ad-hoc patched.

Issue 2: Efficiency. fuzzing might not need to compare the results, and the test script can be optimized.
