[Bug]: Error toast does not auto-dismiss after failed Git push

Steps to reproduce

If you try pressing the commit and push button without providing the necessary SSH credentials. The toast message error will appear.

Expected behavior

The error toast should automatically dismiss after a couple of seconds, or by clicking outside of it.

Actual behavior

The error toast just hangs indefinitely, until restarting the application.
