[Bug]: Settings archive page shows "Restore defaults" even though the action only applies to general settings

Steps to reproduce

1. Start the app and open the settings page.
2. Navigate to "General" page and note the Restore defaults button in the header.
3. Navigate to the "Archive" page.
4. Observe that the same Restore defaults button is still shown on the archive page.
5. Click it and confirm.
6. Observe that it doesn't work when clicked from the "Archive" page.

Expected behavior

The Restore defaults button should only be shown on the General settings page, where the settings actually exist, and it applies to actual settings values.

Actual behavior

The Archive page also shows the Restore defaults button in the header, which implies the action applies there even though that page does not expose those settings.
