[Feature]: Weird way of displaying error.

Problem or use case

There was an error about Codex provider status. And the message box position is weird.

Proposed solution

That error message box should be floating. It currently take up the top UI and shift everything else weirdly

Why this matters

This would make the UI feel smoother.

Smallest useful scope

Make it floating and stick to top instead of display as a block/inline element

There is no workarounds.
