[Bug]: Cannot click the red button or enter to tell the agent something else while its running

Steps to reproduce

1. start the app and use Codex
2. Give the agent a Task
3. attempt to click enter or click the red button to stop the reply mid-work

Expected behavior

It should tell the agent the message im trying to enter or stop the current one

Actual behavior

It just still lets the agent work

i thin it might be 0.0.27 but i clicked the update button enough to where its likely the most recent version
