Some enterprise Claude Code accounts have org settings that disable dangerous permission bypass / dangerously_set_permissions, which prevents Full access mode from being allowed.
The only practical fallback today is auto-approve edits, but that still prompts for approvals. We should add Claude Code's auto mode so these users can reduce approval prompts without requiring dangerous full-access permissions.
