[Bug]: Preview URL and Open preview settings don't persist

These settings don't persist

Expected behavior

Pasting and saving the URL and toggling Open preview automatically should persist/save.

Actual behavior

It resets, when i open it the fields get cleared.

Closing as fixed by merged PR #3842 (commit 63b6b44). Current main preserves Preview Mode across project switching; the focused regression tests pass and a real-app before/after reproduction confirmed the fix.
