[Bug]: Mobile settled section cannot be collapsed in iOS app

Steps to reproduce

1. Download T3 Code app on IOS
2. Open threads screen
3. Tap Settled header/divider

Expected behavior

The Settled header should expand and collapse the settled thread list when tapped. When collapsed, it should display the number of settled threads and a disclosure indicator, matching the behavior of the web Sidebar V2.

Actual behavior

The Settled header is non-interactive, and all currently loaded settled threads remain visible. The only available control is “Show more” when additional settled threads exist.

With a large settled history, the Threads screen becomes unnecessarily long and difficult to navigate.

No direct workaround. Settled threads remain expanded, and the section cannot be collapsed.

fixed by #5056, merged in 916cff7. mobile home and the ipad sidebar now have a collapsible settled shelf, including collapsed counts and selected-thread handling. closing as completed.
