fix: reconcile Hermes usage and cross-midnight deltas

Summary

• Add opt-in, fail-closed Hermes mixed-model historical reconciliation ([bug]: Hermes mixed-model sessions are attributed entirely to sessions.model #169).
• Append canonical latest-wins corrections after the consumed queue offset; never reset/replay the complete queue.
• Preserve every Hermes token field, block total mismatches, and record an idempotent migration receipt.
• Attribute mutable Kiro, OpenCode/Kilo, and Craft growth to observation/update buckets without re-counting conversations ([bug]: Kiro CLI mutable request deltas stay in the start bucket across days #164, [bug]: OpenCode and Kilo mutable message deltas reuse stale timestamps #165, [bug]: Craft cumulative growth can fall back to stale createdAt #166).
• Add source → queue offset/tail → local Day API coverage.
