Summary

  • persist successful Claude usage-limit responses to the existing usage-limits cache
  • use cached Claude quota bars when the live Claude usage endpoint is temporarily rate limited or times out
  • add an English-only cached-status line in the Usage Limits panel and bump release metadata to 0.39.36

Tests

  • npm run ci:local
  • npm pack --dry-run --json
