Providers are delayed in UI

1. Install provider into system (don't use task, use something like https://github.com/platform-mesh/provider-quickstart) so processes are not restarted.
2. Go into Namespaces and dont see provider in there:

3. Executing something like task local-setup:cached:example-data:iterate will restart process in the backend and it will start working.

Something is not reconciling somewhere.

I observe the same bug, but the workaround above did not work for me (i am on main, instead of 0.2.0). My workaround was to create a sub account.

@vasu1124 This issues not related, but i've also tried to verify bug that you've provided. And i wasn't able to reproduce it with fresh local-setup from main
