Provider onboarding flow #1131
Description
As a user, I want to be able become a provider, without the platform owner needing to onboard me.
This includes setting up things like https://github.com/platform-mesh/provider-quickstart
Proposal is to have a different account flavour provider so one can create a dedicated type for it.
Once it is created, I can download the kubeconfig of this "special provider account" and set up the provider as I would in :root:providers and start serving my services to all platform mesh.
Out of scope:
In the future, we will want to limit who can become a provider and how services are shared to only a subset of organisations. This should be out of scope for now; otherwise, we'll overcomplicate this quickly.
