Follow up of #6776 to address issue #6746
@alexcjohnson It turned out that the
stadiamaps.comserver return tiles on local host.So testing with the dashboard was not enough that the
api_keywould work.This PR makes additional changes so that the
api_keyforstamenstyles could be set viamapboxAccessToken.
