Add `info` to write profile, simply prints after finish.

This would work like the hpgl_devices toml and just do what those profiles do. If this exists, we print this information at the end. Assuming these get more common and reasonable it would be helpful to store any notes about the profile printed out. This is especially true for a format that may not have an ability to do comments or which would not likely be opened by the end-user.
