Feature request: Allow users to pass images to models

Allow users to pass images to models so they can generate UI based on them or debug some existing UI.

@Lukafin I forked it to create a Codex-specific GitHub action, as an official Codex GitHub action is still not available. If you only use Codex with OpenAI models, you can give it a try.
