No geral acredito que esteja bom, mas talvez os arquivos routes/api/teste.zip e routes/api/teste.html tenham sido commitados por engano.

Adiciona os imports necessários para carregar Vue ao projeto;
bem como alguns components principais;
Trouxe alguns exemplos de Methods e comentários que podem orientar no futuro;
Deixei uma parte do código comentado que possuía a parte do login do usuário para tomar como referência quando for implementar em Vue;
Além disso consegui adicionar o tema claro e escuro; Está "bindado" à variável userTheme no app.js, será interessante deixar essa variável armazenada em no localstorage no futuro, não fiz isso agora pois não há ainda um botão para mudar o tema;
