Add CI Badge

We should add the coverage and build status badges on the site

@struys i think where you had it the other day is fine. let's just tweak the border bottom on the top-shelf paragraph so the badge is a little closer to the paragraph text. maybe 10px instead of 40px?

(will probably want a div around the badge with margin bottom 40px)
