This PR adds the Hindi translation of the "Introduction to GLSL" tutorial.
The linked issue refers to intro-to-shaders.mdx, but the English source file is now named intro-to-glsl.mdx on main, so this translation follows the current filename.
What's translated: tutorial text, headings, image alt text, accessibility descriptions, glossary, and code comments — while keeping the original MDX structure, code examples, links, and author metadata unchanged.
