Summary

Closes #233

The shipCmd was not registered as a top-level CLI command, making documented commands like sh1pt ship init, sh1pt ship status, and sh1pt ship target unavailable to users.

Changes

packages/cli/src/commands/ship.test.ts — New test file verifying:
- shipCmd is registered as a top-level command named ship
- All documented subcommands exist: init, status, target, setup, rollback, lint, logs
- target subcommand contains expected sub-subcommands: add, remove, list, available
- Root command supports --target, --channel, --dry-run, --skip-lint options

Verification

All 4 new tests pass alongside the full 1887-test suite.
