Upgrade example app to React Native 0.83.4

Upgrades the example project from React Native 0.77.0 to 0.83.4 (React 18 → 19), aligning all tooling to the official 0.83 template.

JS / Node

• react-native → 0.83.4, react → 19.2.0
• @react-native-community/cli → 20.0.0; all @react-native/* packages → 0.83.4
• @types/react → ^19.2.0, react-test-renderer → 19.2.0, typescript pinned to 5.8.3
• Node engine requirement bumped to >=20
• tsconfig.json extends switched to bare @react-native/typescript-config — TS 5.8+ honors package.json#exports, making the /tsconfig.json sub-path unresolvable
• jest.config.js — added transformIgnorePatterns to transpile ESM packages (react-native-notification-banner, react-native-vector-icons, react-native-image-helper); without this, Jest fails to parse their import statements

Android

• compileSdkVersion/targetSdkVersion 35 → 36, buildToolsVersion → 36.0.0, kotlinVersion → 2.1.20
• AGP classpath pin removed — version now managed by the RN Gradle plugin (8.12.0)
• NDK pinned to 27.3.13750724 (matches installed SDK)
• Gradle wrapper 8.10.2 → 9.0.0
• JSC artifact: org.webkit:android-jsc:+ → io.github.react-native-community:jsc-android:2026004.+
• MainApplication.kt rewritten to the new RN 0.83 bootstrap API:

• Podfile: removed unconditional use_frameworks! — now only activated via USE_FRAMEWORKS env var (matches 0.83 template default)
• Gemfile: added bigdecimal, logger, benchmark, mutex_m — required by Ruby 3.4+
