@didierthevenard please note that I merged the GetTDryBulbFromEnthalpyAndHumRatio together with this to hopefully make it easier to review --Note that I have not had a change to do the other implementations for GetTDryBulbFromEnthalpyAndHumRatio but will do so in the next few days.
