Solution prefix is Po concatenated (NET_RULES 1.1): all 9 projects, namespaces, usings, .sln, csproj names/paths, directories, configs (appsettings, launch, tasks, dependabot, deploy.yml, azure.yaml, setup.ps1), .http, index.html title, e2e config, and OTel source/meter names renamed.
