Follow-up to #38, I figured I would let the scripts generate the right formatting, and I added a formatting step to the codegen documentation (which I took the liberty of merging into the top level CONTRIBUTING.md file), though it is redundant until the formatting preferences of
purs-tidychanges.purs-tidymakes no changes now and the only diffs in the generated files are the date in the header. I can back out that change if you want but eh.
