regarding this comment in #1225 we should offer better, more relevant albedo advice considering how important bifacial has become, at least as good or better than pvsyst. EG: with floating PV, folks don't always realize that specular reflection off of water isn't great albedo, only about 10%

Either in the docs at large or somewhere in the API, a short concise table with relevant albedos and their references

We could also just offer a link to the PVPMC docs or PVsyst
