3.15.0 alpha 4 -- seems to be missing commits from late december + january?

3.14.0 a4 (released yesterday) seems to be tagged on top of c4ab024 (2025-12-23)

this means it seems to be missing all of these commits 6536fab...fca7fec ?

is this intended?

(fwiw due to this deadsnakes will likely skip the tagged alpha 4 because it would cause the nightly to go back in time which I don't think I should support)
