* add readme on how to run tests locally * remove `@media print` styles they don't work well anyway * remove unused bootstrap css * remove unused internal css * remove unused glyphicons-halflings dependency * remove ace-builds dependency the editor used is monaco, so no need to keep previous dependency * remove unused variables * move @types/* to devDependencies * remove unused code
