new-os: add macOS Tahoe support

MacOS Tahoe's been released. It should be as simple as someone adding the board id to quickget. I personally don't own a mac, so it'd be nice if someone up to date could create a quick PR for it.

It needs adding to releases_macos() in quickget as well as finding an appropriate board id, plus adding to the list of releases requiring certain feature in quickemu
