bug: Rocky have started rolling the naming in release 10

A new and different change. This fix restored the releases. Another is needed to find

or
https://dl.rockylinux.org/vault/rocky/10.0/isos/x86_64/Rocky-10-latest-x86_64-dvd.iso

On further examination I think we need to just expand the if because the latest hard link truncates the release. Trying to second guess what's coming there is fraught.
