Expected behavior
No mysterious color resetting.

- QuPath Version: 0.6-rc3 (probably others)
Additional context
The issue appears to be that the metadata for the ImageServer is not set when the settings are applied.
Because the channel colors are queried from the metadata when setting a new channel color, this causes things to behave unexpectedly.
