Cannot drag & drop files onto the viewer to add them to a project #450

Describe the bug
Images cannot be added to a project by drag & drop onto the viewer. You need to instead choose Add images and drag the files directly onto the Image paths pane.
Expected behavior
Dragging multiple image files onto the viewer launches the Add images dialog automatically, and populates the image list with the files.

Additional context
This is a regression in v0.2.0-m10, which should be fixed in v0.2.0.
