UHD 4.9.0.0 Support

First of all thanks for radioconda - it is fantastic. I recently got an Ettus B206 mini SDR which requires UHD 4.9.0.0.
Unfortunately radioconda comes with UHD 4.8.0.0. Updating seems difficult as you end up in dependency hell and I also failed in trying to get a new environment running for the same reason.
Is there any plan for a new installer that would support UHD 4.9.0.0 out of the box?
